Product Manager

As the Product Manager you will not only interface with our engineers your will also work directly with members of the medical field. Collaborating with all to ensure our robot is functional, easy to use, and safe for all involved. Ability to work autonomously is vital, as you will be the sole business lead on the team. We have created a collaborative workplace in which open communication and creativity is valued and encouraged. Our product is still in its initial stage, so your impact will be wide and lasting; if you’re looking to take ownership of a large project, this is the job for you!

  • BS in Engineering is required
  • MBA is required
  • Ready to develop the business strategy for our company
  • Will perform research into the market, meet with surgeons, analyze pricing, determine sales strategy, key product features and functional requirements, etc.

Medical Robotics Technician

We are looking to hire experienced technicians who will collaborate with the engineers to help build, install, test, and maintain robotic equipment. As a Technician you will need to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve assembly issues and correctly identify problems that require assistance from the engineering team. Tasks in this position also include following instructions and protocols, document assembly, handle miniature assembly pieces, and work on really cool robots! Autonomy will be particularly important in this role as you will be a member of a smaller manufacturing team.

Engineering Program Manager

We're looking for an Engineering Program Manager with at least 5 years of professional experience in the Medical Device industry. To succeed in this position you must be well-organized, a self-starter, have a demonstrated history of being a motivational leader, understanding of cross-functional technical teams and how they operate, and exploratory prioritization skills. Reporting to the VPE and CTO; three main responsibilities include providing detailed technical progress reports, over seeing cross-functional teams, and introducing new initiatives. If you have passion for developing new product process and strive in an autonomous environment, then this is a position for you!

Mechanical Engineer

Attention! We are seeking experienced mechanical engineers who are looking for their next challenge, who enjoy working in a start up environment and who have experience working on a product from concept through commercialization. As a core member of a small engineering team you will "own" a significant portion of our newest robotic system as we make the transition to developing a commercialized product. You must have previous experience working with vendors to ensure quality and manufacturability, validating and testing your device, building complex systems, and previous robotics experience. You will be tasked with solving problems that require engineering mastery as well as creativity. And most importantly, you will have the opportunity to play with really cool robots! 

Robotics Software Engineer

We are looking to hire talented software developers to work on our small engineering team to build the back end software that runs the robot. As a robotics software engineer, you will help design and implement the underlying system that allows a surgeon to control our robot. You will work closely with the VR software team to seamlessly integrate user interactions, as well as with the embedded team to interface cleanly with our custom hardware.

DevOps Engineer

Searching for a talented DevOps Engineer to work on our small engineering team to help set up and manage our local and remote servers, which run critical services that are crucial to the team’s success. You will work closely with the robotic software, VR, and firmware developers. Your responsibilities include identifying software needs and issues experienced by our multidisciplinary team. Time management is a must since you will need to balance and coordinate many projects.    

Senior Mechanical Engineer

We're looking for a forward-thinking Individual Contributor to come in and hit the ground running. You will be joining a team of experienced Mechanical Engineers who enjoy solving problems by utilizing their creativity and skills to really “own” a portion of our robotic system. As a core member of this small engineering team your work will have a real impact and directly contribute to the commercial success of our product. Responsibilities include suggesting new design improvements, testing to validate your design, implementing design changes, providing feedback to team members, and working with vendors to produce parts. Overall, you'll be tasked with solving problems that require engineering mastery as well as creativity. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to play with really cool robots!

Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

We're looking for someone with at least 5 years' experience in a Mechanical Design Engineer role. As a core member of the small engineering team, you will "own" a significant portion of our newest robotic system as we make the transition to developing a commercial product. You should feel confident in suggesting new design improvements, providing feedback to team members, and sending various parts to vendors. Overall, you'll be tasked with solving problems that require engineering mastery as well as creativity.

You'll also be in charge of designing and developing your system to successfully work with vendors to ensure quality and manufacturability. You will also be testing your device along the way to ensure its capabilities. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to play with really cool robots!

VR UI/UX Designer

Looking to hire a talented UI / UX designer to work on our small design team to design the look and feel of our product’s software. You will work closely with the VR software developers and industrial design team. Your main responsibility is designing graphics and interactions in VR that make our product easy and delightful to use. You will be breaking ground in a wholly unexplored space, and you’ll also be creating novel design motifs that will shape the industry, all while being mindful that our target users may have never experienced VR before.

Embedded Systems Engineer

As an Embedded Systems Engineer, you will help design and test the numerous embedded systems responsible for the actuation and sensing of a complex robotic device. You will work alongside the software and mechanical teams to establish the requirements for the systems you'll develop. We're a small company so your impact will be wide and lasting; if you're looking to take ownership of a large project, this is the job for you!
